currently serves as an Executive Complaints Analyst with American Express, where she

specializes in customer advocacy, executive-level complaint resolution, and identifying

opportunities to improve the customer experience through strategic insights and data-driven

solutions.

In addition to her corporate career, Katrina serves as an Event Manager for Henlil Food Group

and Hospitality, where she coordinates and executes exceptional events, cultivates strong client

relationships, and helps deliver memorable hospitality experiences. Her ability to seamlessly

blend operational excellence, customer service, and strategic planning has contributed to her

success across multiple industries.

Katrina is also the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Loose Ends Consulting, LLC, where

she provides strategic consulting, project management, event planning, and business

development support to organizations, entrepreneurs, and community initiatives. Through her

leadership, she helps clients transform ideas into actionable plans and successful outcomes

She also serves as a Trustee on the Board of Directors for GirlCom Global, where she supports

initiatives focused on empowerment, leadership development, and community impact for women

and girls. In this role, she contributes to governance, strategic direction, and mission-driven

programming.
